Before visit (STA)

Before the STA visit
  • Having been selected by the home university an interested teacher should contact the Erasmus coordinator of the proper faculty at the host university (see “Contacts”).
  • The home and host universities need to agree on the teaching programme of the visiting teachers prior to the start of the mobility period.
  • The grant (subsistence allowance and travel costs) is always provided by the home university

Administrative Staff – STT

Dear Partners!
We would like to invite administrative staff to visit our university as part of the Erasmus+ program – the other staff mobility visit (STT).

Internationalisation is one of the priorities for our institution, which is why we are convinced that the objectives of such a visit would be noticeable: it would allow the staff member to share good practices abroad and acquire knowledge from the experiences of the host university’s staff as well as to gain practical skills important for the professional development. Other staff members of higher education institutions are welcome to spend a training period of up to 5 working days at our institution.

It is also an opportunity for us, as the host university, to present you our beautiful city, regional culture and impressive mountainous landscape! In order to organize such a visit, after the nomination at the home institution, the staff member should contact the Academic Exchange Office from our university.

Teachers - STA

Dear Partners!
We would like to invite academic teachers to visit our university as part of the Easmus+ program –  the teaching staff mobility visit (STA).

Internationalisation is one of the priorities for our institution, which is why a meeting with the colleagues from the partners’ universities is a precious opportunity for sharing experience between the academic staff from both sides.

The programme enables teacher’ staff to spend a teaching period of up to 5 working days – or at least 8 teaching hours – at our institution. As the host university we are convinced that the objectives of such a visit would be noticeable: most of all, this would allow students to benefit from the knowledge of the foreign academic staff and experience on pedagogical methods. The STA mobility is a unique promotion of exchange and motivate not only students but also staff to become more mobile.

Moreover, the Erasmus+ staff visit would also be an opportunity for us to present our beautiful city, regional culture and impressive mountainous landscape! In order to organize such a visit, after the nomination at the home institution, the teacher should contact an Erasmus coordinator from the proper faculty at our university, where she/he would like to "do" the teaching hours.
